Lovable analytics: built-in, Google Analytics or events?
Lovable’s built-in analytics shows visits and sources, not what users do. Compare it with Google Analytics and cookieless event tracking (video, 38 s).
Analytics MCP server for Claude Code, Cursor and Codex
Connect an analytics MCP server to Claude Code or Cursor. Your agent installs cookieless tracking, checks the first event and reads your stats.
How to know if ChatGPT sends you traffic
Referrers, utm_source and what AI assistants don’t tell you. And how to see AI traffic in one card.
Questions.
What is Shipabase?
Shipabase is privacy-first, cookieless product analytics for apps built with AI tools like Lovable, Bolt, Cursor and Claude Code. It’s an Aptabase alternative that covers web and app analytics, comes with an MCP server for coding agents, and keeps your data in the EU.
How is Shipabase different from Aptabase, Plausible and PostHog?
Like Aptabase and Plausible, Shipabase is simple and cookieless. It is built around your coding agent: its MCP server installs the SDK in your project, proposes the events to track, then answers questions about your stats. One JavaScript SDK covers web apps, React Native and Expo, and Node.js servers, and visits from AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Claude get their own source. PostHog does much more (session replay, feature flags, experiments): if you need those, it’s the better fit.
Do I need a cookie banner?
No. Shipabase sets no cookies and stores nothing in the browser, so there is no consent to collect.
How are visitors counted without cookies?
With an anonymous hash that changes every day at midnight. The IP address and the browser are used to compute it, then discarded.
Which frameworks are supported?
Next.js, React, Vite, Vue, Svelte, React Native and Expo, any JavaScript app, and Node.js on the server.
Can my AI coding agent set it up?
Yes. Connect the Shipabase MCP server to Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or Gemini CLI, then say “Add Shipabase tracking and analytics to my project.” It installs the SDK and proposes the events worth tracking.
